How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $150. For smaller orders, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. As a general rule, Blackedition items are designed with a modern, slim fit. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Affirm.
Are your garments ethically produced?
Sustainability and ethics are at our core. We partner exclusively with Fair Trade certified factories and prioritize the use of organic cotton and recycled synthetic fibers in our Blackedition collections.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. You can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our support team via live chat.
